CertsOnline is a New Zealand owned & based company formed for the sole purpose of providing online documentation solutions for the GasFitting, Plumbing, Drainlaying & Electrical Trades in New Zealand.
As of July 1st 2013 it is now up to the certifier to supply Gas Safety Certificate / Certificate Of Compliance (GSC/COC) & Electrical Certificate Of Compliance & Electrical Safety Certificate (COC/ESC) direct to their client.
Unfortunately for most this will become a nuisance, with no clear direction on what is required for our certification documents, but heavy penalties being applied for incorrect filing and documentation, CertsOnline has stepped up to the plate and solved those issues. The documents that have been formed for both trades within www.certsonline.co.nz are user friendly, provide a professional layout, Ipad compatible and the most important component is they meet the specifications for certificates of compliance as laid out in The Gas (Safety and Measurement) Amendment Regulations 2012 and the Electricity (Safety) Amendment Regulations 2012.
In 2022 CertOnline introduced to Plumbers and Drainalyers the online portal. This process went live February 2023 & now enables them to complete Producer Statements online and in Realtime .
The team at CertOnline has worked hard in 2022 and gained approval from Auckland City Council to provide the only online solution for their Producer Statement process.
We have also brought on board Build Waikato as a supporter to the service with assurity CertOnline Producer Statements will be accepted as well as their own PDF templates.
